The IHOP Menu Tasting was a nostalgic and wonderful experience. Here, I worked as a producer to execute two tasting experiences in NYC for media and influencers. The tasting events included a 5-course meal, custom gifts, a photo experience, and tasteful decor to highlight the new menu items. The planning for this event required working directly with the IHOP culinary team and setting up a commercial kitchen in our venue space to accommodate all of their preparation needs. This was a fun one, with numerous pancakes to go around!
